Miltos Papastergiou

Miltos Papastergiou was born in Larissa.

He studied sculpture at the Athens School of Fine Arts (1972-1977), with Professor Yiannis Pappas, while attending the painting workshop of Nikos Nikolaou. He continued his studies at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris (1977-1979).

He worked with the sculptor Praxiteles Tzanoulinos for the preservation of the sculptures at the pediments of the Academy of Athens. He designed the award for the Orpheus Award of Los Angeles Greek Film Festival (LAGFF).

He has presented his work in many exhibitions in Greece. 

His works are displayed in public places in Athens Underground (in collaboration with the sculptor Theodora Voutsina), in Larissa, Chania, as well as in private collections (Thanasis Michailidis Collection, Emfietzoglou Collection, Municipal Art Gallery of Larissa - G. Katsigras Museum).
